**Trader consensus favors zero Trump Gold Cards sold in 2026 at 36%, reflecting stalled momentum for the executive order-launched immigration program that opened applications in December 2025 amid initial claims of $1.3 billion in sales.** Legal challenges, including a federal lawsuit filed February 3, 2026, question the program's authority and structure, delaying USCIS processing of I-140G petitions for the $1 million "gift" to secure expedited green cards. March reporting highlights it as a "hard sell" to wealthy foreigners due to vetting delays, national security concerns, and competition from other golden visa options, with no verified 2026 issuances despite a 70,000-person waitlist. Upcoming court rulings could further impact adjudication timelines through year-end.
