Mercedes teammates George Russell and Kimi Antonelli dominate the early 2026 F1 World Drivers' Championship standings after three Grands Prix, holding a commanding lead that explains trader consensus pricing them at 45.5% and 34.5% implied probabilities, respectively. Antonelli seized the top spot with 72 points following his pole-to-flag victory at the Japanese Grand Prix on March 29 at Suzuka, his second win after China, while Russell's Australian Grand Prix triumph and consistent P1/P2 finishes keep him close at 63 points. The Silver Arrows' superior pace under new regulations has marginalized rivals like Charles Leclerc (5.3%, 49 points) and others, with no significant threats emerging amid Red Bull and McLaren struggles. The duo's intra-team battle underscores the closely contested title market.
