For the purposes of this market, aerial and maritime operations will not be considered. Only operations involving troops on the ground within the municipality of Beirut will count.

Undercover Israeli operatives and assets will not count.

A qualifying arrest may involve, but is not limited to, announcing the listed celebrity is under arrest or placing the listed celebrity in handcuffs.

This market will resolve based on video of the event or a consensus of credible reporting.
