United States Representative Thomas Massie stated that he would “read the names” of alleged Jeffrey Epstein clients on the house floor if the Epstein files are not released by the FBI or DOJ. This market will resolve to “Yes” if, between November 19 and November 30, 2025, 11:59 PM ET, Thomas Massie publicly names specific individuals who are allegedly identified as clients of Jeffrey Epstein's illegal activity in unreleased Epstein-related documents, prior to the release of new Epstein-related documents by the federal government. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No.” A qualifying statement must contain multiple names and must be presented as revealing individuals identified as clients of Epstein’s illegal activities in unreleased Epstein-related government documents. If the federal government publicly releases any documents pertaining to the illegal activities of Jeffrey Epstein that were not public as of November 18, this market will immediately resolve to “No.” This includes the release of previously released documents with redactions removed when those newly revealed portions contain substantive content, as well as the release of documents that were not previously public and contain information related to Epstein’s illegal activities, even if that information was already known from earlier releases. The primary source of resolution for this market will be a consensus of credible reporting.
