Mercedes' George Russell and Kimi Antonelli dominate the 2026 F1 Drivers' Championship standings after three Grands Prix, with Antonelli leading at 72 points and Russell close behind at 63, reflecting trader consensus on their team's superior pace under new regulations. Antonelli's recent Japanese Grand Prix victory—his second win following China, where he took pole and the checkered flag—has propelled him past Russell, who won Australia and secured consistent podiums with P1 or P2 finishes in every race and qualifying. Ferrari's Charles Leclerc trails at 49 points amid Mercedes' early-season hegemony, while Red Bull and McLaren struggle for podium contention, positioning the Mercedes duo as overwhelming favorites in this skin-in-the-game market.
