This market will resolve to "Over" if Donald Trump's main speech at the Republican National Convention (RNC) exceeds 30 minutes in length. If the speech is 30 minutes or less, the market will resolve to "Under." The timing will be measured from the start of when Trump starts speaking at the podium to when he stops speaking at the podium. The resolution source will be the live video of the event.
