This market will resolve to "Yes" if it is announced that Vizio will be, has been, or is being bought by Walmart by February 29, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

For the purposes of this market, an announcement by Walmart and/or Vizio is enough to trigger a "Yes" resolution, regardless of whether the announced purchase actually occurs.

The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from Walmart or Vizio, however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
