This market will resolve according to the winner of the Republican Primary for United States Senator from Nebraska. If no 2026 Nebraska Republican Senate Primary takes place, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source for this market will be the first announcement of the results from the Nebraska Republican party, however an overwhelming consensus of credible reporting may suffice.Pete Ricketts commands 95% trader consensus as the Nebraska Republican Senate primary winner on May 12, driven by his incumbency after appointment in 2023 and 2024 special election victory, coupled with former governor name recognition and fundraising dominance—$3.6 million raised and $567,000 cash on hand as of late 2025 versus zero for challengers like Todd Knobel, Eric Mortimore, Debb Axtell Schultz, and Mac Stevens. Recent Nebraska Farm Bureau PAC endorsement on March 18 and success advancing rural housing provisions in a bipartisan Senate bill further solidify his position amid low-profile opposition. While Edward Dunn holds slim odds despite withdrawal reports, scenarios like a major scandal, health issue, or surprise voter turnout could challenge Ricketts ahead of the primary.
