This market will resolve to "Yes" if it is announced that Deribit will be, has been, or is being acquired by or merged with Coinbase in a deal valued at $5 billion or more by July 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No."

An announcement by Deribit or Coinbase will qualify for a "Yes" resolution, regardless of whether the acquisition or merger is ultimately completed, as long as the deal value is stated or credibly reported to be $5B or more. The deal value may include stock, cash, or a combination.

The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from Deribit or Coinbase however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

This market will resolve to “Yes” if credible reporting confirms that any entity enters into an agreement to acquire the listed company by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.
