Prop 27: Will California legalize online sports betting?

Rules
On November 8, 2022, a vote is slated to occur in the US State of California on Proposition 27 (https://lao.ca.gov/BallotAnalysis/Proposition?number=27&year=2022), which, if passed, would permit among other things online sports gambling.
This market will resolve to "Yes" if Proposition 27 on the November 8, 2022 California ballot passes. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".
If for any reason a vote on Proposition 27 does not occur by November 15, 2022, 11:59:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "No".
The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the Government of the State of California, however a consensus of credible reporting may be used.
