Prop 26: Will California legalize sports betting on tribal lands?

Rules
On November 8, 2022, a vote is slated to occur in the US State of California on Proposition 26 (https://lao.ca.gov/BallotAnalysis/Proposition?number=26&year=2022), which if passed would permit sports gambling on tribal lands, among other things.
This market will resolve to "Yes" if Proposition 26 on the November 8, 2022 California ballot passes. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".
If for any reason a vote on Proposition 26 does not occur by November 15, 2022, 11:59:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "No".
The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the Government of the State of California, however a consensus of credible reporting may be used.
