Paris Saint-Germain's commanding 89% implied probability in the Ligue 1 title race stems from their one-point lead over RC Lens (60-59 points) atop the table, bolstered by a game in hand and superior squad depth amid a Champions League campaign. Recent results underscore PSG's momentum, including a 4-0 rout of Nice reclaiming the top spot, while Lens narrowed the gap via a 3-0 win over Metz but trails in goal difference (+36 vs. +30). The league's controversial postponement of their April 11 head-to-head clash to May 13—accommodating PSG's Liverpool ties despite Lens' protests—further tilts trader consensus toward the Parisians. Lens could challenge with a perfect run in remaining fixtures and PSG stumbles from fixture congestion or injuries, though historical dominance makes upsets rare.
