After Round 2 of the Texas Children's Houston Open at Memorial Park Golf Course, trader consensus prices Takumi Kanaya, John Parry, Luke Clanton, Lee Hodges, William Mouw, Brice Garnett, and Matthieu Pavon as near co-favorites around 49% implied probability each, highlighting the leaderboard's volatility and potential for mid-pack surges despite Gary Woodland's three-shot lead at -13. Kanaya fired a hot 65 to climb to T33 (-4), while the clustered contenders sit T46 to T60 at -3 to -2 after navigating the -2 cut line, buoyed by strong putting and approach play amid benign scoring conditions. Their recent momentum, sponsor exemptions, and Memorial Park course history outweigh big-name struggles like Tony Finau's T21 (-4), fostering tight dynamics heading into Round 3 tee times.
