The worst NBA team in history with a typical 82-game record was the 1972-73 Philadelphia 76ers, with a record of 9-73 and a rounded win percentage of 0.110.
This market will resolve to "Yes" if, at the conclusion of the 2023-24 NBA regular season the Detroit Pistons have a final win percentage less than the 1972-73 76ers'. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".
If they tie the 76ers win percentage, it will not suffice to resolve this market to "Yes" - they must have a lower win percentage.
If it becomes guaranteed that the Pistons will have a lower win percentage than the 1972-73 76ers, this market may immediately resolve to "Yes." Likewise if it becomes guaranteed that the Pistons will have a higher win percentage than the 1972-73 76ers, this market may immediately resolve to "No."
The resolution source for this market will be official information from the NBA and a consensus of credible sources.
