This market will resolve according to the team that finishes the 2025-2026 NBA Regular Season with the best record in the league. This market will resolve to “No” if it becomes impossible for this team to finish the regular Season with the best record. If multiple teams are tied for most wins in the 2025-26 NBA Regular Season, this market will resolve in favor of the team who receives home court advantage for the 2026 NBA playoffs. This locks in home-court advantage throughout the playoffs, as no team—including second-place San Antonio Spurs at 59-19—can mathematically surpass them even with perfect finishes in the final games. The Thunder's 22-2 surge over their last 24 contests underscores their dominance, driven by Chet Holmgren's 30-point outburst and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander's MVP-caliber play. Only extraordinary scenarios like forfeits or mass cancellations could challenge this, explaining Spurs' negligible 0.1% implied probability.
