Stephen Curry’s overwhelming 95% implied probability of remaining with the Golden State Warriors reflects his repeated public statements of intent to finish his career in one uniform, reinforced by Warriors general manager Mike Dunleavy’s consistent messaging of mutual interest in an extension. Entering his 18th season on a $62.6 million expiring contract, the 38-year-old point guard became eligible in late August for a two-year, roughly $137 million maximum extension that would carry him through age 40. Recent reporting shows no active trade discussions or external interest, with Curry emphasizing during September media appearances that staying put remains the clear priority. The market’s slim odds on other clubs capture the absence of credible reports suggesting a departure. Only an unforeseen late change in roster construction or Curry’s own health or competitive outlook could realistically alter the current trader consensus.
