This market will resolve to "Yes" if Curtis Sliwa announces that he will vote for Eric Adams or endorses Adams for the 2025 NYC Mayor election between June 26, and November 3, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise this market will resolve to "No".

If Curtis Sliwa announces that he will vote for another candidate or endorses another candidate for NYC Mayor, this market will immediately resolve to "No".

The resolution source for this market will be official information from Curtis Sliwa or one of his representatives, or a consensus of credible reporting of Sliwa's endorsement.

This market will resolve to “Yes” if any Federal or State jurisdiction of the United States formally charges or otherwise announces a criminal indictment of Eric Adams by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

For the purposes of this market the District of Columbia and any county, municipality, or other subdivision of a State shall be included within the definition of a State.

Limited pilots (e.g., a subset of routes or specific days), temporary “fare holidays,” or targeted free-fare programs (e.g., only youth, seniors, or low-income riders) do not qualify.

The policy will be considered to have been enacted if a local or state law is passed, or mayoral executive order is issued which will bring the stated minimum wage into effect within the specified timeframe. The introduction, proposal, or announcement of such a policy without legal enactment will not qualify.

The enactment of a policy that initiates a structured increase of the minimum wage to at least $30 an hour in NYC over the course of several years will qualify for an immediate "Yes" resolution, so long as that policy explicitly outlines it will achieve that level by the stated date.

Enactment of limited or temporary pilots which are not formally intended for citywide expansion (e.g., policies that explicitly cover only select boroughs, neighborhoods, or time periods) will not count.

The enactment or announcement of a policy without an operational, open store will not alone qualify. Policies that are blocked, cancelled, or not yet in effect by the resolution date will similarly not qualify.

Limited pilots, studies, planning initiatives, or temporary pop-up markets which don’t regularly operate as regular grocery stores do not qualify.

The 2026 Los Angeles mayoral election will be held on June 2, 2026, to elect the mayor of Los Angeles, California. If no candidate receives a majority of the vote, a runoff election will be held on November 3, 2026.

This market will resolve according to the candidate that wins the election.

The primary resolution source for this market will be a consensus of credible reporting; however, if there is any ambiguity in the results, this market will resolve according to official information from the City of Los Angeles.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Tim Walz announces he has resigned or will resign as Governor of Minnesota by the listed date ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No."

If it becomes impossible for Tim Walz to resign or to announce his resignation (e.g., due to his removal from office by other means, etc.), this market will immediately resolve to "No."

For this market to resolve to "Yes," it is only necessary that Tim Walz announce that he has resigned or will resign. Whether he actually resigns will have no bearing on the resolution of this market.

The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the US federal government or the government of Minnesota; however, a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.

Any replacement of the nominee before election day will not change the resolution of the market.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Mike Johnson announces that he will resign from his position as Speaker of the US House of Representatives, or otherwise ceases to be Speaker for any length of time, between December 4, 2025, and December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

Note that an announcement of his resignation before the resolution date will suffice to resolve this market to "Yes" regardless of if/when he actually steps down.

On January 12, 2026, New York State Nurses Association (NYSNA) nurses began the largest nurse strike in New York City history, with over 15,000 nurses striking across the Montefiore, Mount Sinai, and New York-Presbyterian hospital systems (see:https://www.nysna.org/news/nysna-update-january-16-2026)

This market will resolve to “Yes” if the NYSNA New York City nurses strike ends by the listed date, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

The strike will be considered to have ended if an agreement is reached between NYSNA and all the relevant hospitals/hospital systems for the striking nurses to return to work across all three hospital systems, or if it is otherwise announced by the NYSNA or the relevant hospitals/hospital systems that the strike has ended and the striking nurses are returning to work across all three hospital systems. 

A tentative or conditional agreement in which the nurses return to work while negotiations are ongoing will count. Negotiations or agreements which do not include an agreement for the nurses to return to work will not impact this market’s resolution. Negotiations, agreements or announcements allowing for specific subsets of the striking nurses to return to work, but indicate that the strike is still ongoing, will not count.

An official announcement of a qualifying agreement or end of the strike within this market’s timeframe will suffice to resolve this market to “Yes” regardless of when the agreement will go into effect or when the nurses will return to work.

The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the NYSNA and the Montefiore, Mount Sinai, and New York-Presbyterian hospital systems; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

Will the NYC nurses strike end by February 28, 2026?

This market will resolve according to the winner of the Democratic Primary for United States Senator from Delaware.

If no 2026 Delaware Democratic Senate Primary takes place, this market will resolve to "Other".

The resolution source for this market will be the first announcement of the results from the Delaware Democratic party, however an overwhelming consensus of credible reporting may suffice.
