This market will resolve to "Yes" if the state of New Jersey officially declares a state of emergency directly related to the recent sightings of mysterious drones and unexplained arial phenomena by 11:59 PM ET on December 31, 2024. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

The primary resolution source  will be announcements from the government of New Jersey, however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Donald Trump formally declares a national emergency under the National Emergencies Act (NEA) by the listed date, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

A national emergency must actually be declared for this market to resolve to "Yes" - it will not be enough for Trump to announce an intention to declare a national emergency.
