The 2025 Virginia House of Delegates election is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, to elect the 100 members of the 164th Virginia General Assembly.

This market will resolve according to the number of seats held by the Democratic Party in the Virginia House of Delegates as a result of the 2025 Virginia House of Delegates election. 

If voting in the next Virginia House of Delegates election does not occur by May 31, 2026, this market will resolve to "Other".

This market's resolution will be based solely on the number of seats won by the Democratic Party.

The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the Government of Virginia; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

This market will resolve according to the candidate who wins the nomination for the Democratic Party to contest the VA-02 congressional district seat in the U.S. House of Representatives in the 2026 midterm elections. The Democratic primary will take place on June 16, 2026.

If no nominee is announced by November 3, 2026, 11:59PM ET, this market will resolve to "Other".

The resolution source for this market will be a consensus of official Democrat sources, including https://democrats.org/.

Any replacement of the nominee before election day will not change the resolution of the market.

The loss of particular district seats will not count towards a resolution for this market; only the total number of seats held by the Republican Party in a given state will be considered.
