If The New York Times publicly announces or confirms the existence of a new privacy policy update between June 6 and June 30, 2025, or credible reporting verifies the legitimacy of the update (e.g. confirming the June 9, 2025 date is authentic) or if the update otherwise remains posted through June 30 ET, the market will resolve to "Yes".

If the June 9, 2025 update is removed from the page and no new update is published within the market's timeframe, the market will resolve to "No".

The primary resolution source will be privacy policy page of the New York Times (see: https://help.nytimes.com/hc/en-us/articles/10940941449492-The-New-York-Times-Company-Privacy-Policy) however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
