Recent reports indicate SpaceX is preparing a confidential S-1 IPO filing imminently, targeting a June 2026 listing that could raise over $75 billion at a $1.5–1.75 trillion valuation, shattering records like Saudi Aramco's. This surge in trader optimism stems from Starlink's explosive growth—projected at $16–18 billion in revenue for 2025/2026—as the satellite broadband constellation scales to millions of subscribers and secures direct-to-cell spectrum deals, comprising ~80% of SpaceX's revenue. Starship's rapid iteration and SpaceX's 83% global launch market share bolster the industrial powerhouse narrative. Watch for S-1 details, FAA approvals for Starship flights, and Starlink expansion milestones, which could sway closing market cap amid regulatory and capital demands.
