Donald Trump was hit with a $454 million penalty as a consequence of a civil fraud case brought against him by the State of New York. As of yet, he has been unable to post bond, leading the New York Attorney General to threaten to seize assets directly from him.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if ex-president Donald J. Trump makes bond in this case by March 25, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

If the bond requirement is waived for Trump by the resolution date this market will also resolve to "Yes."

The primary resolution source for this market will be information from the State of New York, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
