This market will resolve to "Yes" if Taylor Swift announces that she will vote for Kamala Harris or formally endorses Harris for President of the United States by November 4, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise this market will resolve to "No".

If Swift announces that she will vote for another candidate or formally endorses another candidate for President of the United States this market will immediately resolve to "No".

The resolution source for this market will be official information from Taylor Swift or one of her representatives, or a consensus of credible reporting of Taylor's endorsement.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Kamala Harris officially announces that she is running for U.S. President in the 2028 presidential election, between July 30, and December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

For the purpose of resolving this market, an announcement by Kamala Harris will be sufficient to trigger a "Yes" resolution, regardless of whether she actually filed a nomination to run, or whether she actually files a nomination to run in the future.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Taylor Swift announces that she is pregnant before she announces that she is married to Travis Kelce. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

Only credible announcements will qualify. Pregnancy or marriage announcements that are not credible, for example jokes, will not suffice.

If Taylor Swift does not announce that she is pregnant or married to Travis Kelce by August 31, 2026 ET, or their engagement is otherwise broken off, this market will resolve to "No".

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Kamala Harris and/or Douglas Emhoff announce their intention to divorce between January 21 and December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

The Democratic Party will be considered to have become the favorite for any four-hour period if it is ahead of the Republican Party in more individual minutes than the Republican Party is ahead of the Democratic Party during a qualifying time period.

A tie in the number of minutes will not qualify.
