This market will resolve to "BEN" if $BEN has a higher Fully Diluted Valuation (FDV) than $JEFF on May 31, 2023, 12 PM ET.

This market will resolve to "JEFF" if $JEFF has a higher FDV than $BEN on May 31, 2023, 12 PM ET. 

If Ben and Jeff have equal FDVs on May 31, 2023, 12 PM ET, this market will resolve 50-50.

The resolution source for this market will be CoinGecko, specifically the "Fully Diluted Valuation" figure located on each asset's page (https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/ben and https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/jeff). If CoinGecko is unavailable at the check time, a consensus of credible sources of both coins' FDVs will be used.

Will $BEN or $JEFF have a higher market cap on May 31?

This market will resolve according to the asset which has the best performance in 2026 among Bitcoin, Gold, and the S&P 500 with performance measured as the percentage change in price during the year for each asset. 

The percentage change in price for Bitcoin will be calculated by comparing the "Close" price for the Binance 1 minute candle for BTC/USDT on January 1, 2026 12:00 AM ET to the "Close" price for the Binance 1 minute candle for BTC/USDT on December 31, 2026 11:59 PM ET.

The resolution source for Bitcoin will be Binance, specifically the BTC/USDT "Close" prices currently available at https://www.binance.com/en/trade/BTC_USDT in the chart with "1m" and "Candles" selected on the top bar and the mouse on the candle for the relevant minute (the “time tools” selection may be used to view historical candles).

The percentage change in Gold will be calculated by comparing the official Gold Continuous Contract (GC00) Close price for the last trading day in 2025 to the official Gold Continuous Contract (GC00) Close price for the last trading day in 2026, as reported by MarketWatch.

The resolution source for Gold will be MarketWatch, specifically the close values reported for Gold Continuous Contract (GC00) under “Historical Quotes” at https://www.marketwatch.com/investing/future/gc00.

The percentage change in the S&P 500 will be calculated by comparing the official S&P 500 Index (^SPX) Close price for the last trading day in 2025 to the official S&P 500 Index (^SPX) Close price for the last trading day in 2026, as reported by Yahoo Finance.

The resolution source for the S&P 500 will be Yahoo Finance, specifically the Close values published by Yahoo Finance for S&P 500 Index (^SPX) at https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/%5ESPX/history/.

If two or more listed assets have exactly the same performance for 2026, this market will resolve according to the asset whose name, as listed in the title of this market, comes first alphabetically (e.g. if Bitcoin and Gold tie, this market will resolve to Bitcoin).

Only closing prices will be used for all calculations; total return measures will not be applied.

If either of the relevant trading days are shortened, the official closing price published for that session will be used.

If any relevant day lacks a specified closing price, the last valid historical closing price offered by the resolution source will be used.

Will Bitcoin have the best performance in 2026?

This market will resolve according to the market cap of Trump Media & Technology Group Corp. (DJT) as of market close on December 31, 2025.

The market capitalization of Trump Media & Technology Group Corp. (DJT) will be determined by checking Google Finance’s “Market Cap” metric for DJT at the time of market close for December 31, 2025 (https://www.google.com/finance/quote/DJT:NASDAQ).

If the market capitalization falls exactly between two listed brackets, this market will resolve to the higher bracket.

If Trump Media & Technology Group Corp. (DJT) changes its name or is merged into another entity before this market’s check time, this market will resolve based on the market capitalization of the successor entity.

The resolution source for this market will be Google Finance’s “Market Cap” metric for DJT (https://www.google.com/finance/quote/DJT:NASDAQ). If this resolution source is not available at this market’s check time, this market will remain open until it becomes available again and resolve based on the figure reported at that time. If this resolution source becomes permanently unavailable, another credible source will be chosen to resolve this market.

Will $DJT's market cap be between 4.5b and 5b

This market will immediately resolve to "Yes" if the USDC marketcap is equal to or greater than 50% of USDT marketcap on any day by December 31, 2025. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No."

This market will resolve based on CoinGecko's "historical data" section for each coin, currently available at https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/usd-coin/historical_data#panel and https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/tether/historical_data#panel respectively, specifically the daily "Market Cap" data.

Extended FDV above $300M one day after launch?

As of market creation, Jefferies Financial Group is estimated to release earnings on January 7, 2026. The Street consensus estimate for Jefferies Financial Group's GAAP EPS for the relevant quarter is $0.96 as of market creation. This market will resolve to "Yes" if Jefferies Financial Group reports GAAP EPS greater than $0.96 for the relevant quarter in its next quarterly earnings release. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No." The resolution source will be the GAAP EPS listed in the company’s official earnings documents. 

If Jefferies Financial Group releases earnings without GAAP EPS, then the market will resolve according to the GAAP EPS figure reported by SeekingAlpha. If no such figure is published within 96h of market close (4:00:00pm ET) on the day earnings are announced, the market will resolve to “No”.

If the company does not release earnings within 45 calendar days of the estimated earnings date, this market will resolve to “No.”

This market will resolve to the lower price in the title if Bitcoin’s price dips to that level or below before it hits the higher title price between August 5, 2025 at 10:30 AM ET and December 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. It will resolve to the higher price in the title if Bitcoin’s price first reaches that level or above before it dips to the lower title price during the same period.

If neither price level is reached within the market timeframe, the market will resolve 50–50.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Fully Diluted Valuation of USD.AI's token is greater than the value specified in the title 1 day after launch. Otherwise, the market will resolve to "No."

USD.AI FDV above $300M one day after launch?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Fully Diluted Valuation of Variational's governance token is greater than the value specified in the title 1 day after launch. Otherwise, the market will resolve to "No."

The token must be actively, publicly transferable and tradable to be considered a launch.

The FDV will be determined using the total token supply multiplied by the token price.

"1 day after launch" is defined as 4:00 PM ET on the calendar day following launch. The resolution source for this market is the most liquid price source available. If Variational doesn't launch a token by December 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "No".

Variational FDV above $800M one day after launch?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Jeff Bezos and/or Lauren Sánchez announce their intention to divorce between July 8, 2025 and December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

An announcement by December 31, 2025 of their intention to divorce will be sufficient for a "Yes" resolution, regardless of whether the divorce later actually occurs, or whether the actual divorce occurs outside of the timeframe of this market.

The resolution source will be statements from Jeff Bezos and/or Lauren Sánchez, and their representatives, however a definitive consensus of credible media reporting may be considered.

Bezos divorce in 2025?

This market will resolve to the lower price in the title if Bitcoin’s price dips to that level or below before it hits the higher title price between November 18, 2025 at 1:30 PM ET and December 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET. It will resolve to the higher price in the title if Bitcoin’s price first reaches that level or above before it dips to the lower title price during the same period.

If neither price level is reached within the market timeframe, the market will resolve 50–50.

The resolution source for this market is Binance, specifically the BTC/USDT "High" and "Low" prices currently available at https://www.binance.com/en/trade/BTC_USDT with “1m” and “Candles” selected on the top bar.

Please note that this market is about the price according to Binance BTC/USDT, not according to other sources or spot markets.

Will Bitcoin hit $80k or $100k first?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Fully Diluted Valuation of Aztec's token is greater than the value specified in the title 1 day after launch. Otherwise, the market will resolve to "No."

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Fully Diluted Valuation of Football.Fun's token is greater than the value specified in the title 1 day after launch. Otherwise, the market will resolve to "No."

"1 day after launch" is defined as 4:00 PM ET on the calendar day following launch. The resolution source for this market is the most liquid price source available. If Football.Fun doesn't launch a token by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "No".

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Fully Diluted Valuation of Ranger's token is greater than the value specified in the title 1 day after launch. Otherwise, the market will resolve to "No."
