This market is about whether Jessica Cisneros or Henry Cuellar will win the runoff election for Democratic nominee for Texas' 28th Congressional District, scheduled to take place on May 24, 2022.

If Jessica Cisneros wins the runoff election and is designated the Democratic nominee for the TX-28 House election, this market will resolve to "Cisneros". If Henry Cuellar wins the runoff election and is designated the Democratic nominee for the TX-28 House election, this market will resolve to "Cuellar". If for any reason neither become the Democratic Nominee, the market will resolve 50/50. 

Determination of the Democratic nominee for the TX-28 House election will be based on a consensus of credible reporting, or if there is ambiguity, the final state election authority certification or other final official determination of the TX-28 results.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed candidate wins the 2025 special election for Texas's 18th Congressional District to replace former Representative Sylvester Turner. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". 

In the event of a runoff, this market's resolution will be based on the runoff's outcome. 

The primary resolution source for this market will be information from the State of Texas; however, a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.

If Crockett wins the 2026 Texas Senate Democratic Primary Election, but loses the 2026 Texas Senate General Election, this market will resolve to “Win Dem Primary, Lose Senate Race”.

If Crockett loses the 2026 Texas Senate Democratic Primary Election, this market will resolve to “Lose Dem Primary”. Crockett losing the Democratic Primary will resolve this market regardless of whether she enters the 2026 Texas Senate General Election as an independent.

If Crockett does not contest a lost election, it will be considered to be a loss.
