This market will resolve to "Yes" if MicroStrategy sells any of its Bitcoin by 11:59 PM ET on the date specified in the title. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

The primary resolution source for this market will be information from MSTR and on-chain data, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.

MicroStrategy sells any Bitcoin by December 31, 2026?

This market will resolve to “No” if any of the following conditions are met between market creation and March 31, 2026, 11:59 ET:

- MicroStrategy sells any Bitcoin
- MicroStrategy announces holding 750k+ BTC
- MicroStrategy announces bankruptcy
- Strategy (MicroStrategy) (MSTR) added to S&P 500

Otherwise, this market will resolve to “Yes”.

Nothing Ever Happens: MicroStrategy

This market will resolve to “Yes” if MicroStrategy is removed from either the MSCI World Index or the MSCI USA Index at any point by March 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, it will resolve to “No.”

If MicroStrategy is transferred between indexes (e.g., from MSCI World to another MSCI index), that will also count as a removal for the purposes of this market.

An official MSCI announcement of removal or transfer will be sufficient for a ‘Yes’ resolution.

The resolution source will be official MSCI communication or a consensus of credible reporting.


Microstrategy delisted from MSCI index by March 31?

This market will immediately resolve to “Yes” if the Milady floor price reaches 2ETH or higher at any point between December 31, 2025, and December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, it will resolve to “No.”

The resolution source for this market will be NftPriceFloor, specifically the "Milady price chart" available at https://nftpricefloor.com/milady, with "1M" selected on the top bar. The price will be determined based on the value shown when hovering over the chart.

Only data from NFTPriceFloor will be used to resolve this market. Prices from other data providers or NFT marketplaces will not be considered.

Will Milady floor price reach 2 ETH before 2027?

This market will immediately resolve to “Yes” if any 1-minute candle for MARU (MARU/USDC) during Q1 2026 (from January 1 to 11:59 PM ET on March 31) has a final “High” price that implies a Fully Diluted Valuation (FDV) equal to or greater than the value specified in the title. Otherwise, the market will resolve to “No.”

The FDV will be calculated by multiplying the MARU token price by the total token supply.

The resolution source for this market is EdgeX, specifically the MARU/USDC price feed available at:
https://pro.edgex.exchange/spot/MARU/USDC
with the chart set to “1m” (one-minute candles).

Only the EdgeX MARU/USDC price feed will be used. Prices from other exchanges, trading pairs, or data sources will not be considered.

This market will resolve to “Yes” if at least one coin launched in 2026 appears in the top 50 cryptocurrencies by market capitalization on CoinGecko at 11:59 PM ET on December 31, 2026. Otherwise, it will resolve to “No.”

Rankings will be determined using CoinGecko’s market capitalization rankings (https://www.coingecko.com/).

Stablecoins, liquid staking tokens (LSTs), liquidity pool tokens, and synthetic representations of other assets will not qualify.

Will a coin launched in 2026 end the year in the top 50?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the AI industry experiences an industry downturn by the specified date, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

For the purposes of this market, the AI industry will be considered to have experienced an industry downturn once at least three of the following events have occurred within 90 days of this market's specified timeframe:
- NVIDIA Corporation (NVDA) closing stock price is down 50% from its all-time high.
- iShares PHLX Semiconductor ETF (SOXX) closing stock price is down 40% from its all-time high.
- OpenAI, Inc. or Anthropic PBC declares bankruptcy.
- OpenAI, Inc. is acquired.
- H100 rental price falls to $1.00 or lower for five consecutive days, as shown on the SiliconData Silicon Index at:
https://www.silicondata.com/products/silicon-index.
- Major AI Hardware Supplier Collapse: Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Limited (TSM), ASML Holding N.V. (ASML), Broadcom Inc. (AVGO), Arista Networks, Inc. (ANET), or Super Micro Computer, Inc. (SMCI), closing stock price is down 50% from its all-time high.

This market may resolve immediately once three conditions have been met within 90 days of the specified timeframe.

This market will not resolve to "Yes" until three conditions have been met, regardless of reporting of an industry downturn or similar claims.

The primary resolution source will be official information from the respective companies and listing exchanges; however, a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.

AI Industry Downturn by December 31, 2026?

As of market creation, Verizon Communications is estimated to release earnings on January 30, 2026. This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Fully Diluted Valuation of Makina's token is greater than the value specified in the title 1 day after launch. Otherwise, the market will resolve to "No."

The token must be actively, publicly transferable and tradable to be considered a launch.

The FDV will be determined using the total token supply multiplied by the token price.

"1 day after launch" is defined as 4:00 PM ET on the calendar day following launch. The resolution source for this market is the most liquid price source available. If Makina doesn't launch a token by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "No".

This market will resolve to “Yes” if the total USD value of Hyperliquid buybacks in Q1 is greater than $200M. Otherwise, it will resolve to “No.”

The resolution source will be the “Daily Buybacks” table on https://hyperscreener.asxn.xyz/revenue. The sum of the “Notional Amount” (USD) values from January 1 through March 31 will be used.

Daily data will be considered finalized once the following day’s data point is published.

As of market creation, Marathon Petroleum Corp is estimated to release earnings on February 3, 2026. The Street consensus estimate for Marathon Petroleum Corp's GAAP EPS for the relevant quarter is $2.98 as of market creation. This market will resolve to "Yes" if Marathon Petroleum Corp reports GAAP EPS greater than $2.98 for the relevant quarter in its next quarterly earnings release. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No." The resolution source will be the GAAP EPS listed in the company’s official earnings documents. 

If Marathon Petroleum Corp releases earnings without GAAP EPS, then the market will resolve according to the GAAP EPS figure reported by SeekingAlpha. If no such figure is published within 96h of market close (4:00:00pm ET) on the day earnings are announced, the market will resolve to “No”.

If the company does not release earnings within 45 calendar days of the estimated earnings date, this market will resolve to “No.” 

Note: Subsequent restatements, corrections, or revisions made to the initially announced GAAP EPS figure will not qualify for resolution, except in the case of obvious and immediate mistakes (e.g., fat finger errors, as with Lyft's (LYFT) earnings release in February 2024).

Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No.”
