Inter Milan holds an 83.5% implied probability as Serie A table-toppers after 30 matchdays, leading AC Milan by six points (69-63) and Napoli by seven (69-62), with a commanding +42 goal difference from the league's stingiest defense at 24 goals conceded. AC Milan's 1-0 Derby della Madonnina win over Inter on March 8 sliced the gap and sustains their 8.5% consensus amid solid recent form, though a subsequent loss at Lazio tempered momentum. Napoli lingers at 5.9% on consistent results like their March 20 Cagliari victory, but a January 2-2 draw at San Siro underscores the steep climb with eight games left, where Inter's superior GD and remaining fixtures favor their Scudetto path in trader consensus.
