AC Milan clings to a one-point lead over Napoli (63-62 points after 30 matchdays) in the Serie A table chase for second place behind runaway leaders Inter Milan (69 points), fueling trader consensus with Napoli slightly favored at 46% implied probability amid identical average remaining fixture difficulties (10.38 opponent ranking). Napoli's edge stems from a stronger win record (19-5-6 vs. Milan's 18-9-3) and home advantage in their pivotal April 6 head-to-head clash, while AC Milan's recent 3-2 victory over Torino maintained the gap but highlighted defensive vulnerabilities (23 goals conceded). Como lurks six points back with the league's best goal difference (+31), bolstering its 13% chance, as Juventus, Roma, and Atalanta (all 54-50 points) vie for top-four Champions League spots with tougher run-ins. Eight matches remain, keeping the race intensely competitive.

In the event of a tie, this market will resolve to the team officially recognized by Serie A as finishing in second place. If multiple teams are officially awarded second place, the market will resolve to the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically.
If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed club to finish 2nd in the 2025-2026 Serie A season (e.g. they are mathematically unable to achieve enough points), the market will resolve to "No".
If the 2025-2026 Serie A season is cancelled, postponed after May 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no 2nd place team declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”.
The primary resolution source will be official information from Serie A. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
