This market will resolve to "Yes" if the sum of the seeds of the final four teams in the 2023 March Madness tournament add up to a number greater than 10.5. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".
For example if the final four seeds were 1, 1, 4, 5, the market would resolve to "Yes" since 1+1+4+5=11 is greater than 10.5.
This market may immediately resolve to "No" if it becomes impossible for the sum to be greater than 10.5 based on the rules of the tournament.
