If the House of Representatives of the United States approves articles of impeachment against the President of the United States before November 5, 2024, this market will resolve “Yes”, otherwise this market will resolve "No".

If President Joseph Biden for any reason ceases to be POTUS before being impeached by the resolution date, this market will resolve to "No".

This market will resolve to “Yes“ if the US House of Representatives by simple majority vote to approve or pass one or more articles of impeachment of President Donald Trump, between July 24, 2025, and December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

Neither trial nor conviction by the US Senate, nor removal from office, is necessary to resolve this market to “Yes“.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Joe Biden is arrested between September 23 and December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

A qualifying arrest/detention includes:

* Voluntarily surrendering to law enforcement authorities in response to an arrest warrant
