Tight leaderboard clustering atop the Texas Children's Houston Open has traders pricing Michael Kim (41.1%), Ryo Hisatsune (40.9%), and Cam Davis (39.4%) as virtual co-favorites, with Henry Lebioda, Kyoung-Hoon Lee, and others clustered in the mid-30s, underscoring a wide-open race among mid-tier contenders lacking a dominant star. Recent first-round play at Memorial Park Golf Course saw these leaders post low scores under par amid calm conditions, boosted by strong ball-striking and putting on the tough, windy layout—Hisatsune's recent Korn Ferry momentum and Kim's local Texas ties adding edge. Minimal separations in strokes gained metrics keep upside potential high for upsets, while big names like Min Woo Lee (6.0%) lag due to uneven approaches, reflecting wisdom-of-crowds consensus on current form over pedigree.
