Carlos Alcaraz holds a slim edge as world No. 1 and two-time defending French Open champion, bolstered by his Australian Open title and 17-2 record to start 2026, including a strong serving game translating to clay. Jannik Sinner's straight-sets Miami Masters 1000 victory over Jiri Lehecka on Sunday—his second straight hard-court crown after Indian Wells—has propelled his probability to 34.5%, narrowing the gap amid both players' unbeaten streaks entering the clay swing with Houston and Monte Carlo looming. The tight contest reflects trader consensus on their peak form, clay-surface uncertainty for Sinner despite improvements, and depth from Zverev's baseline prowess and Djokovic's experience, with no major injuries disrupting the top seeds.
