Mercedes' overwhelming pace under the 2026 regulations has propelled George Russell and Kimi Antonelli to the top of the F1 Drivers' Championship market, with trader consensus implying 45.5% and 32.8% probabilities respectively after three Grands Prix. The Silver Arrows locked out pole and victory in Australia and dominated China, showcasing superior energy management and race pace that left Ferrari's Charles Leclerc (5.7%) and others trailing in the standings—Antonelli leads at 72 points to Russell's 63. Antonelli's commanding Japanese Grand Prix win last weekend, by over 13 seconds, vaulted him ahead and narrowed the intra-team title fight, though Russell's experience edges market favoritism amid Mercedes' constructors' lead at 78%. Rivals like Verstappen (2.5%) falter with Red Bull's setup woes.
