This market will resolve to "Yes" if Sam Altman raises more than $1 trillion dollars in Q1 2024 (Jan 1 - March 31, 2024, ET). Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No."

The resolution source will be the combined total of Sam Altman's raises in Q1 2024, as reported by a consensus of credible reporting. The raises must be attributed to Sam Altman for them to count toward this market's resolution.

Will Sam Altman raise >$1 trillion in Q1 2024?

This market will resolve to “Yes” if the total USD value of Hyperliquid buybacks in Q1 is greater than $200M. Otherwise, it will resolve to “No.”

The resolution source will be the “Daily Buybacks” table on https://hyperscreener.asxn.xyz/revenue. The sum of the “Notional Amount” (USD) values from January 1 through March 31 will be used.

Daily data will be considered finalized once the following day’s data point is published.

This market will resolve to “Yes” if OpenAI completes an initial public offering (IPO) valued at $1 trillion USD or higher at the time of the IPO by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, it will resolve to “No.”

An “initial public offering (IPO)” refers to the first sale of OpenAI’s equity securities to the public through a regulated stock exchange.

OpenAI will be considered to have achieved a $1 trillion valuation if the market capitalization implied by the IPO offering price multiplied by the total number of outstanding shares equals or exceeds $1 trillion USD.

Announcements, filings, or planned IPOs that do not result in public trading by that time will not qualify. Private funding rounds, secondary share sales, or employee-share transactions will not be considered. This market will resolve to "Yes" if AT&T reports non-GAAP EPS greater than $0.47 for the relevant quarter in its next quarterly earnings release. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No." The resolution source will be the non-GAAP EPS listed in the company’s official earnings documents. 

If AT&T releases earnings without non-GAAP EPS, then the market will resolve according to the non-GAAP EPS figure reported by SeekingAlpha. If no such figure is published within 96h of market close (4:00:00pm ET) on the day earnings are announced, the market will resolve according to the GAAP EPS listed in the company’s official earnings documents; or, if not published there, according to the GAAP EPS provided by SeekingAlpha. If no GAAP EPS number is available from either source at that time, the market will resolve to “No.” (For the purposes of this market, GAAP EPS refers to diluted GAAP EPS, unless it is not published, in which case it refers to basic GAAP EPS.)

If the company does not release earnings within 45 calendar days of the estimated earnings date, this market will resolve to “No.” 

Note: Subsequent restatements, corrections, or revisions made to the initially announced non-GAAP EPS figure will not qualify for resolution, except in the case of obvious and immediate mistakes (e.g., fat finger errors, as with Lyft's (LYFT) earnings release in February 2024).

The resolution source for this market will be PaymentScan (https://www.paymentscan.xyz/), using the “Cumulative Crypto Card Volumes” chart with “Volume”, “Cumulative”, and “All” selected.

The “Total” value shown when hovering over any daily data point must be equal to or greater than $1.5B to qualify. A daily data point will be considered finalized once the following day’s data point is published.

If the resolution source becomes permanently unavailable, the market will resolve based on other reliable crypto data sources.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Elon Musk is a guest on any "The Joe Rogan Experience" podcast episode between December 1, 2025 and June 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

If a consensus of credible reporting confirms Elon Musk recorded an episode with Rogan before the resolution date, this market will resolve to "Yes" regardless of when/if it is released.

The primary resolution source for this market will be Spotify and/or Youtube, however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

Otherwise, it will resolve to "No." The resolution source will be the GAAP EPS listed in the company’s official earnings documents.
