This market will resolve to “Yes” if the California Legislature approves the legislatively referred statewide measure Proposition 50, the Election Rigging Response Act, by the requisite vote threshold for submission to voters by August 23, 2025, 11:59 PM PT. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

The resolution source will be a consensus of credible reporting.
