This market will resolve to "Yes" if President Joe Biden vetoes H. J. RES. 109, the resolution to overturn the Staff Accounting Bulletin No. 121 (SAB 121). Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

If President Biden signs the bill into law or does nothing and the bill becomes law without his signature, the market will immediately resolve to "No."

If Congress adjourns during the 10-day period after the bill is presented to President Biden and does not sign it resulting in a pocket veto this market will resolve to “Yes”.

The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the White House or Congress; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
