Social Democrats maintain a clear lead in the latest polling averages ahead of the September 13 vote, with Sweden Democrats consistently placing second at roughly 19% support compared to the Moderate Party's 17-18%. This positioning reflects sustained voter backing for the Sweden Democrats on integration, law-and-order, and immigration priorities that have defined the Tidö cooperation since 2022, while the Moderates face headwinds as the senior governing party amid a tightening but still trailing right-wing bloc. Recent surveys from Novus, Ipsos, and others through early September show the gap between second and third remaining stable, with minimal movement in the final weeks. Traders assign the Sweden Democrats an 80% implied probability of finishing second, consistent with these trends and the limited scope for late shifts given the short timeline to election day.

This market will resolve to the party that occupies the second finishing position after applying this ranking.
This market will resolve based on the results of this election as indicated by a consensus of credible reporting. If there is ambiguity, this market will resolve based solely on the official results as reported by the Swedish government, specifically the Swedish Election Authority (Valmyndigheten) (https://www.val.se/).
