This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Washington Commanders, the team ownership, or the NFL officially announces that the team will change its name back to the Washington Redskins by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No."

Only announcements of an official team name change to “Washington Redskins,” or any name that explicitly includes the word “Redskins” in the team name, will qualify. Speculative statements, informal statements of intent, or announcements of changes to mascots, logos, uniforms, or other team branding elements that do not constitute an official name change will not qualify.

Official announcements will qualify regardless of if/when the name change takes effect.

This market will resolve to “Yes” if the Washington Commanders, or the ownership/development entity responsible for the team’s planned new stadium in Washington, D.C., officially announce and agree that the stadium will be named after Donald Trump, by June 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET.

A qualifying announcement must:
- Be made publicly and on the record by the Commanders organization or by the entity that owns or controls the new stadium (e.g., via press release, official statement, or filing).
- Clearly state that the new stadium will bear Trump’s name (for example, “Trump Stadium” or “Donald J. Trump Field”).
- Reflect a finalized agreement or naming-rights deal, not a proposal, negotiation, or expression of intent.

A "military encounter" is defined as any incident involving the use of force such as missile strikes, artillery fire, exchange of gunfire, or other forms of direct military engagement between U.S. and Russian military forces. Non-violent actions, such as airspace violations, firing of warning shots (such as the June, 2021 Black Sea Confrontations between Russian forces and HMS Defender), or cyberattacks will not qualify.
