This market will resolve to "Yes" if New Democracy (Νέα Δημοκρατία, N.D.) controls a greater number of seats in the Hellenic Parliament than any other party after the results of the 2023 Greek legislative election are finalized and a government is formed. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

For the purposes of resolving this market, any potential parliamentary elections to follow the first one due to failure to form a government will be considered. If the results of this election aren't known by December 31, 2023, 11:59:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to 50-50.

The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the Greek government and/or information published through the official website of the Hellenic Republic's Ministry of the Interior (https://ekloges.ypes.gr/en). This market will resolve to "Yes" if there is a military engagement between the military forces of Greece and Turkey by June 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

A "military engagement" is defined as any incident involving the use of force such as missile strikes, artillery fire, exchange of gunfire, or other forms of direct military engagement between Greek and Turkish military forces. Non-violent actions, such as warning shots or missile launches that land in territorial waters or pass through airspace, will not qualify for a "Yes" resolution.
