This focus on diplomacy—building on yesterday's announcement of a three-week Israel-Lebanon ceasefire extension—drives trader consensus toward low probabilities for unconventional actions like dancing (3%), wearing a yellow tie (5%), saying "bigly" (2%), or talking to UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer (5%), with signing an executive order at 16% reflecting occasional presidential actions amid foreign policy priorities. No recent precedents for these outcomes shift odds notably, emphasizing structural barriers in a high-stakes agenda.
