SpaceX advances toward Starship Flight Test 12, the debut of upgraded Version 3 vehicles—taller Super Heavy Booster 19 with Raptor 3 engines and Ship 39—targeted for early April 2026 from Starbase's Pad 2. Recent catalysts include successful cryogenic loading and partial static fires on the V3 booster last week, despite a minor ground issue, building trader confidence after Flight 11's successes in October 2025. Elon Musk's updates signal an aggressive timeline, though historical slips and FAA approvals remain key risks amid NASA pressure to accelerate for Artemis. Watch for Booster 19's full 33-engine static fire and Ship 39 flap tests this week, potential swing factors for market-implied odds.
