Toronto-based influencer and dating coach Justin Aguiar, known online as Justin Marc, faces confirmed sexual assault charges from a November 2025 arrest tied to an August 2024 incident, as announced by Toronto Police, with multiple women publicly sharing experiences via media interviews. Trader consensus at 94% "No" conviction before 2027 stems from persistent Ontario court backlogs—prior similar charges against him were withdrawn for this reason—and no reported trial date or proceedings four months later. This skin-in-the-game sentiment highlights judicial delays as the dominant factor, though a fast-tracked hearing yielding a guilty verdict remains a slim upset risk amid evolving celebrity legal narratives.
