This market will resolve to “Yes” if the dollar price / exchange rate of one Russian Ruble (RUB) falls below $0.0110000 at any time between April 7, 2023, and the resolution time of April 30, 2023, 11:59:59 PM ET, and to “No” otherwise.

The primary resolution source for this market will be the mid-market rates on the foreign exchange platform XE: https://www.xe.com/currencycharts/?from=RUB&to=USD&view=1D, specifically the "low" price within the market timeframe.

If the primary resolution source becomes unavailable, a consensus of credible sources will be used instead.
