This market will resolve to "Yes" if Tesla, Inc. or a high-ranking Tesla executive (CEO, CFO, COO, or a Vice President) officially confirms that there was a delivery of a Cybertruck between July 1, 2023, and September 30, 2023. Confirmation must come in the form of an official statement, press release, or a public announcement by the aforementioned officials. Verified news reports citing these specific sources will also be considered. Such a confirmation, report, or announcement must be released prior to October 19, 2023, 12:00 PM ET. Delivery refers to the Cybertruck being handed over to a customer, whether it is an individual or a business. This market is based solely on confirmed deliveries, and not on orders or production numbers. If Tesla confirms a Cybertruck delivery before the end of Q3 2023, the market will resolve immediately to "Yes". If Tesla confirms that no Cybertruck will be delivered in Q3 2023 before the end of the quarter, the market will resolve immediately to "No". If no confirmation or denial is provided by Tesla as of the expiry date, the market will resolve to "No".
