Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". If the hearing is rescheduled to a date on or before December 31, 2022, this market will resolve once the hearing occurs. If the hearing is cancelled or postponed to a date after December 31, 2022, this market will resolve to "No." For the purposes of this market "physically appears" means that SBF appears in the United States for the congressional hearing in-person. Any telecommuting or streamed/prerecorded appearance will not be sufficient to resolve this market to "Yes". This market's resolution source will be a consensus of credible reporting.
