This market will resolve to "Yes" if at least 90% of the money diverted from Remilia by the developer cited here (https://twitter.com/charlottefang77/status/1701245168039452947) is returned by September 30, 2023, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from Remilia or Charlotte Fang (https://twitter.com/CharlotteFang77), however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
