This market will resolve to "Yes" if the fundraising goal of $40 million is met by Friday, August 8, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, the market will resolve to "No".

The primary resolution source will be the total “Years of Water Supplied” figure displayed on teamwater.org. 

According to the #teamwater site, $1 equals one year of water supplied. Thus, once that figure reaches 40,000,000, this market will resolve to "Yes".

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the MrBeast YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/@MrBeast) hits 500 million subscribers by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET.  Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

This market will resolve to "Yes" if any YouTube video posted by MrBeast gets over 100 million views in the first 7 days after being posted between this market's creation and January 31, 2026, ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

If MrBeast does not post a YouTube video by January 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "No".

Videos posted within the final 7 days of this market's resolution date will qualify, and this market will remain open to allow for the full 7 days to be completed.

This market will resolve to “No” if any of the following conditions are met between September 10, 2025, 6 PM ET, and December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET:

Otherwise, this market will resolve to “Yes”.

"Funding" means a completed investment or transfer of cash, equity, convertible instruments, or in-kind resources. The transfer of some amount of resources must actually have occurred for this market to resolve to "Yes".
