This market will resolve to "Yes" if MicroStrategy Incorporated's next announced Bitcoin purchase is of 200 or more Bitcoins. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

If MicroStrategy does not announce a Bitcoin purchase between March 25, 2025, 12:00 PM ET and April 30, 2025, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "No".

The resolution source for this market will be official information from MicroStrategy or Michael Saylor.

This market will resolve to “Yes” if MicroStrategy Incorporated or Michael Saylor officially announce that the company’s total Bitcoin holdings are equal to or greater than the number specified in the title at any point by 11:59 PM ET on the date specified in the title. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

The resolution source for this market will be official announcements from MicroStrategy or Michael Saylor as to their total BTC holdings.

Will MicroStrategy announce holding 800k+ BTC by December 31, 2026?

Will MicroStrategy announce holding 740k+ BTC by February 28?

This market will resolve to “Yes” if any Binance 1-minute candle for BTC/USDT has a final "Low" price below MicroStrategy’s reported “Avg BTC Cost” at any point between January 21, 2026 and December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, it will resolve to “No.”

The resolution source for this market is Binance, specifically the BTC/USDT Low prices available at https://www.binance.com/en/trade/BTC_USDT, with the chart settings on "1m" for one-minute candles selected on the top bar.

MicroStrategy’s average buy price will be taken from the “Avg BTC Cost” value shown in its publicly reported Bitcoin holdings table available at https://www.strategy.com/purchases

Only Binance BTC/USDT data will be used. Prices from other exchanges, trading pairs, or timeframes will not be considered.
