A qualifying death must show the specified character dead on screen, or otherwise that character’s death must clearly be stated to have occurred, even if offscreen (e.g., characters confirm their death in conversation, the funeral of a character occurs, etc.). 

If a death is reversed through a revival, resurrection, or reanimation that occurs after the character has died, that death will still qualify. Deaths occurring in any timeline or dimension depicted in "Stranger Things: Season 5" will count toward resolution.

This market will resolve to “Yes” if, Netflix (directly or through a subsidiary) acquires control of Warner Bros.’ film and TV studios and associated streaming/pay-TV businesses (including HBO / HBO Max and related content libraries), as described in the companies’ December 5, 2025 acquisition announcement by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

If the transaction is terminated, allowed to lapse past its contractual outside date without closing, blocked by regulators, or replaced by an alternative structure in which Netflix does not acquire control of Warner Bros.’ film/TV studios and streaming business, this market will resolve to “No”.

If the acquisition closes on substantially similar terms—even with changes to price, mix of cash/stock, or required divestitures—but Netflix still ends up in control of the Warner Bros film and TV studios and the HBO/HBO Max streaming business, this market will resolve to “Yes”.

Resolution will be based on official company communications and regulatory filings from Netflix and Warner Bros. Discovery (or any successor entities), supplemented as needed by a consensus of reporting from major reputable news outlets.

Will Netflix close Warner Bros. acquisition by end of 2026?  

This market will resolve to "Yes" if it is announced that Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner are engaged to be married by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

If it is announced that Chalamet and Jenner have married, it will qualify for a "Yes" resolution.

The primary resolution source for this market will be information from Timothée Chalamet and/or Kylie Jenner or one of their official representatives, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.

The 32nd Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards, honoring the best achievements in film and television performances for the year 2025, will be presented on March 1, 2026, at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, California, United States. Nominations are scheduled to be announced January 7, 2026.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed actor is nominated for the Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Leading Role in a Motion Picture, otherwise it will resolve to "No".

If for any reason no nominations are announced by January 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "No".

The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the Screen Actors Guild, including data from their website (e.g., https://www.sagawards.org/) and the live broadcast of the award ceremony. However, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
