The market will resolve to "Yes" if Credit Suisse experiences any of the following between March 14 and March 31, 2023, 11:59:59 PM ET:
-Credit Suisse files for bankruptcy protection or is being declared insolvent by a court.
-Credit Suisse is closed or its operations are taken over by the Swiss government.
-Credit Suisse is acquired by, merged with, or its assets & liabilities are absorbed by another entity.
-The Swiss government intervenes to provide financial assistance, either in the form of equity or loans, to prevent the Credit Suisse's collapse.
Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".
The primary resolution sources for this market will be announcements by Credit Suisse Group AG, the Swiss National Bank (SNB), and/or the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA), however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
